生物活性	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human VEGF121 at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind human VEGFR2-Fc and the EC₅₀ is 5-50 ng/mL. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and the ED₅₀ is typically 3-15 ng/mL.
