Peceleganan (PL-5) acetate is an artificial antimicrobial cecropin A (1-10) × melittin B (3-18) hybrid (10+16)-peptide analogue. Peceleganan acetate inhibits wound infection.

体外研究

Peceleganan (24 h) acetate 具有抗菌活性，对 E. coli ATCC 25922、S. pneumonia ATCC 49619、K. pneumonia ATCC 700603、S. aureus ATCC 25923、S. epidermidis ATCC 12228 和 P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853 的 MIC 值分别为 2、2、4、4、4 和 8 μM。
