Yp537 TFA is an estrogen receptor (ER) inhibitor that blocks dimerization of the human estrogen receptor.

体外研究

Yp537 TFA（5-50 μM；1 小时）消除 hER-ERE 复合物的形成。并且不抑制 STAT1-血清诱导的元件复合物的形成。
Yp537 TFA 与 SH2-like 结构域结合，干扰 sh2-like 磷酸肽在 hER 单体之间的偶联机制。
