JAG-1, scrambled (scJag-1) TFA 是 JAG-1 (Jagged-1 蛋白) 的杂乱序列。JAG-1, scrambled TFA与 JAG-1 活性片段具有相同的氨基酸组成，但排列顺序是随机打乱的。JAG-1, scrambled TFA常用作阴性对照。

生物活性

JAG-1, scrambled (scJag-1) TFA is a scrambled sequence of JAG-1 (Jagged-1 protein). JAG-1, scrambled TFA has a random sequence of the amino acids that are the same as the active fragment. JAG-1, scrambled TFA is usually used as a negative control.

体外研究

In contrast to JAG-1, pretreatment of human pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (PASMC) with 50 μM scJag-1 TFA for 30 min has no effect on the transient and plateau components of store-operated Ca²⁺ entry (SOCE) in comparison to the cells treated with vehicle used to dissolve scJag-1.
