产品描述:	Description： MOPS Running Buffer is formulated for running proteins on Bis-Tris gels only. MOPS Running Buffer is recommended for separating medium- to large-sized proteins. Use of MOPS buffer allows proteins to run slower than when using MES buffer. Preparation： Dissolve the contents of one pouch under stirring in deionized water. Each pack prepares 1 liter of a 1X MOPS Running Buffer (50 mM MOPS, 50 mM Tris Base, 0.1% SDS, 1 mM EDTA).   Storage and stability： Pouches stable for 2 years at room temperature
