FLT3-IN-16 is a potent FLT3 inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 1.1 μM. FLT3-IN-16 can be used for researching acute myeloid leukemia.

体外研究

FLT3-IN-16 (compound 9, 0-10 μM) exhibits anti-proliferative activities against MV4-11 cells with an IC₅₀ value of 2.0 μM.
