EGFR-IN-9 (化合物8) 是一种有效的 EGFR 激酶抑制剂，对于野生型 EGFR 激酶和双重突变型 EGFR 激酶 (L858R/T790M) 的 IC₅₀ 分别为 7 nM 和 28 nM。EGFR-IN-9 具有抗肿瘤活性。

生物活性

EGFR-IN-9 (Compound 8) is a potent EGFR kinase inhibitor with IC₅₀s of 7 nM, 28 nM for the wild type EGFR kinase and double mutant EGFR kinase (L858R/T790M). EGFR-IN-9 has antitumor activity.

体外研究

EGFR-IN-9 (Compound 8) shows antiproliferative activity in HCC827 lung cancer cell line with an IC₅₀ of 8 nM.
