产品介绍	PARP10-IN-2 是一种有效的单-ADP-核糖基转移酶 PARP10 抑制剂，对人 PARP10 的 IC₅₀ 为 3.64 μM。PARP10-IN-2 也抑制 PARP2 和 PARP15，对人 PARP2 和人 PARP15 的 IC₅₀ 分别为 27 μM 和 11 μM。
生物活性	PARP10-IN-2 is a potent mono‐ADP‐ribosyltransferase PARP10 inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 3.64 μM for human PARP10. PARP10-IN-2 reveals potent inhibition on PARP2 and PARP15 with IC₅₀s of 27 μM and 11 μM for human PARP2 and human PARP15, respectively.
