生物活性	Amino-PEG11-amine, a PEG-based (12 units) PROTAC linker used to combine two mono diethylstilbestrol (DES)-based ligands, provides an alternative strategy for preparing more selective and active ER antagonists for endocrine therapy of breast cancer.
体外研究	PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins. 西域 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
