ODN D-SL03 是一种 C 类 CpG 寡核苷酸，可诱导刺激 PBMCs 产生高水平 IFN-α。ODN D-SL03 可激活人 B 细胞、NK 细胞和单个核细胞，上调人 PBMCs 亚群表面 CD80、CD86 和 HLA-DR 的表达。ODN D-SL03 也能抑制肿瘤的生长。ODN D-SL03 序列：5'-tcgcgaacgttcgccgcgttcgaacgcgg-3'。

生物活性

ODN D-SL03 is a C class CpG oligonucleotides, can induce stimulate PBMCs to produce high level of IFN-α. ODN D-SL03 can activate human B cells, NK cells and mononuclear cells and up-regulate expression of CD80, CD86 and HLA-DR on the surface of subsets in human PBMCs. ODN D-SL03 also can inhibit the growth of the tumor. ODN D-SL03 sequence: 5'-tcgcgaacgttcgccgcgttcgaacgcgg-3'.

体外研究

ODN D-SL03 (0-3 μg/mL; 36 h) significantly induces IFN-α production in PBMCs at 0.19 μg/mL.
ODN D-SL03 (3 μg/mL; 18 or 36 h) activates immune cells including B, NK, T and monocyte cells.
