体外研究

(Rac)-Idroxioleic acid (25-75 μM; 72 hours) impairs Jurkat cell growth in a time- and concentration-dependent manner, with an IC₅₀ of ~40 μM.
(Rac)-Idroxioleic acid (25-50 μM; 72 hours) also induces a marked and concentration-dependent increase in the proteolytic cleavage of PARP, a molecular marker of apoptosis.
