Cytarabine-d₂ 是 Cytarabine 的氘代物。Cytarabine 是一种核苷类似物，可引起 S 期细胞周期停滞并抑制 DNA聚合酶。Cytarabine 抑制DNA 合成的IC₅₀为16 nM。Cytarabine 对 HSV 具有抗病毒作用。

生物活性

Cytarabine-d₂ is the deuterium labeled Cytarabine. Cytarabine, a nucleoside analog, causes S phase cell cycle arrest and inhibits DNA polymerase. Cytarabine inhibits DNA synthesis with an IC50 of 16 nM. Cytarabine has antiviral effects against HSV.
