ONC206 是 ONC201 的一个类似物。ONC206 是多巴胺 D2- 样受体 (DRD2/3/4) 的选择性拮抗剂，其拮抗作用在纳摩尔级别。ONC206 具有广谱的抗肿瘤作用。

生物活性

ONC206 is an analogue of TRAIL inducer ONC201. ONC206 is a selective antagonist of the D2-like dopamine receptors (DRD2/3/4) at nanomolar concentrations. ONC206 has broad-spectrum anti-tumor activity.

体外研究

ONC206 selectively antagonizes the D2-like (DRD2/3/4), but not the D1-like (DRD 1/5), subfamily of dopamine receptors.
ONC206 significantly inhibits tumor cell migration and invasion in vitro.
ONC206 (0.05 μM; Over 48 hours) inhibits migration of ONC201- and TRAIL-resistant HCT116 Bax^−/− cells without inducing cell death or inhibiting cell proliferation.
ONC206 engages the ISR and TRAIL pathway leading to tumor growth arrest and cell death.
ONC206 does not induce cell cycle arrest in a colorectal cell line with acquired ONC201-resistance.

Solubility: ≥ 3.25 mg/mL (7.96 mM); Clear solution

此方案可获得 ≥ 3.25 mg/mL (7.96 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 32.5 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
将 0.9 g 氯化钠，完全溶解于 100 mL ddH₂O 中，得到澄清透明的生理盐水溶液

将 2 g 磺丁基醚 β-环糊精加入 5 mL 生理盐水中，再用生理盐水定容至 10 mL，完全溶解，澄清透明

此方案可获得 ≥ 3.25 mg/mL (7.96 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液，此方案不适用于实验周期在半个月以上的实验。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 32.5 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL玉米油中，混合均匀。
