产品介绍

UNC2541 是一种有效 Mer 酪氨酸激酶 (MerTK) 特异性抑制剂，与 MerTK ATP 结合口袋结合，IC₅₀ 值为 4.4 nM，对其选择性远高于 Axl，Tyro3 和 Flt3。UNC2541 抑制磷酸化的 MerTK (pMerTK；EC₅₀，510 nM)。

生物活性

UNC2541 is a potent and Mer tyrosine kinase (MerTK)-specific inhibitor, binds in the MerTK ATP pocket, with an IC₅₀ of 4.4 nM, more selective over Axl, Tyro3 and Flt3. UNC2541 inhibits phosphorylated MerTK (pMerTK; EC₅₀, 510 nM).
