Ascr#7，一种蛔苷，是线虫激素。Ascr#7 在线虫发育过程中表达。蛔苷可以诱导长寿命和高抗逆性的幼虫的形成。

生物活性

Ascr#7, an ascaroside, is a hormone of nematodes. Ascr#7 is expressed during nematode development. Ascarosides can induce formation of long-lived and highly stress resistant dauer larvae.

体外研究

Ascarosides are often referred to as “dauer pheromones” because most of them induce formation of long-lived and highly stress resistant dauer larvae.

Solubility: ≥ 5 mg/mL (18.23 mM); Clear solution

此方案可获得 ≥ 5 mg/mL (18.23 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液，此方案不适用于实验周期在半个月以上的实验。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 50.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL玉米油中，混合均匀。
