DBCO-Cy3 (DBCO-Sulfo-Cy3) 是 Cyanine3 fluorophore 的衍生物，是一种 pH (4-10) 不敏感的橙红色荧光染料 (orange fluorescent dye)，激发波长和发射波长分别为 555 nm 和 580 nm。Sulfo-Cy3 DBCO 反应动力学快，稳定性好，可用于多种标准荧光仪器。

生物活性

DBCO-Cy3 (DBCO-Sulfo-Cy3) is the derivative of Cyanine3 fluorophore, a pH insensitive from pH (4-10) orange fluorescent dye with excitation maximum 555 nm and emission maximum of 580 nm. DBCO-Cy3 has fast reaction kinetics and good stability, and is productive to use in many standard fluorescent instrumentations.

体外研究

DBCO-Cy3 exhibits less background than TAMRA and most other commonly used fluorescent dyes.
DBCO-Cy3 can be conjugated to antibodies, peptides, and proteins, it can be excited using the 532 nm or 555 nm laser line and visualized with TRITC filter sets.
