Cnidicin 是香豆素，可抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒和 RAW 264.7 细胞产生一氧化氮 (NO).

生物活性

Cnidicin, a coumarin, inhibits the degranulation of mast cell and the nitric oxide (NO) generation in RAW 264.7 cells.

体外研究

Cnidicin shows a significant inhibition upon the release of beta-hexosaminidase from the cultured RBL-2H3 cells in a dose dependent manner (IC₅₀= 25 μM) and upon the nitric oxide production from the activated RAW264.7 cells (IC₅₀=7.5 μM).
