Boc-Val-Pro-Arg-MCA hydrochloride is a sensitive fluorogenic substrate for measuring trypsin-like serine proteases activity.

Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).
胰蛋白酶活性测定
1. 将稀释的 Trypsin 酶 (100 μL) 加入到 800 μL 的 50mM Tris-HCl 缓冲液 (pH 8.0) 中。
2. 加入 100 μL 50 μM 底物 Boc-Val-Pro-Arg-MCA 可立即引发反应。
3. 55°C 孵育 10 分钟。
4. 加入 1.5 mL 停止剂 (甲醇:正丁醇:蒸馏水= 35:30:35,v/v/v) 停止反应。
5. 用荧光光谱仪测量荧光强度 (excitation 380 nm, emission 450 nm)。
