产品介绍

FT113 是一种有效、可口服的脂肪酸合酶 (fatty acid synthase (FASN)) 抑制剂，对全长重组人 FASN 酶的 IC₅₀ 值为 213 nM。在 BT474 细胞中，FT113 抑制 FASN 的活性，IC₅₀ 值为 90 nM。FT113 具有抗增殖作用，在体内和体外实验中，都具有抗癌作用。

生物活性

FT113 is a potent and orally active fatty acid synthase (FASN) inhibitor, with an IC₅₀ of 213 nM for full-length recombinant human FASN enzyme. In cell-based assay, FT113 blocks FASN activity in BT474 cells (IC₅₀, 90 nM). FT113 shows anti-proliferative activity, and exhibits anti-cancer activity both in vitro and in vivo.

体外研究

FT113 shows anti-proliferative activity against PC3 and MV-411 cells with IC₅₀s of 47 and 26 nM, respectively.

FT113 (5 mg/kg, p.o.) exhibits potent oral bioavailability of 95% and 84% in mice and rats, respectively.
FT113 (5, 25, or 50 mg/kg, p.o., twice daily for 16 days) increases malonyl-CoA concentration in tumors, inhibits tumor growth in a dose-dependent manner in mice.

请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO 40% PEG300 5% Tween-80 45% saline
Solubility: ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (5.08 mM); Clear solution

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (5.08 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 20.8 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
将 0.9 g 氯化钠，完全溶解于 100 mL ddH₂O 中，得到澄清透明的生理盐水溶液

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (5.08 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液，此方案不适用于实验周期在半个月以上的实验。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 20.8 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL玉米油中，混合均匀。
