Anserine L-鹅肌肽

产品介绍 Anserine 是 Carnosine 的甲基化形式,是一种口服有效的、天然的、含有组氨酸的二肽,存在于脊椎动物的骨骼肌。Anserine 不会被血清肌肽酶裂解,可作为生化缓冲液,螯合剂,抗氧化剂和抗糖化剂。Anserine 可以改善阿尔茨海默氏病 (AD) 模型小鼠的记忆功能。
生物活性

Anserine, a methylated form of Carnosine, is an orally active, natural Histidine-containing dipeptide found in skeletal muscle of vertebrates. Anserine is not cleaved by serum carnosinase and act as biochemical buffers, chelators, antioxidants, and anti-glycation agents. Anserine improves memory functions in Alzheimer's disease (AD)-model mice.

Anserine (drinking water at a concentration of 2.0 g/L (equivalent to 10 mg/mouse); for 8 weeks) completely recoveres the memory deficits, improves pericyte coverage on endothelial cells in the brain, and diminishes chronic glial neuroinflammatory reactions in AβPPswe/PSEN1dE9 Alzheimer's disease (AD) model mice over 18-months old.
