产品介绍

PD 90780 是神经生长因子 (NGF) 的非肽拮抗剂。PD 90780 与 NGF 相互作用阻止与 p75^NTR 结合。PD 90780 抑制 NGF-p75^NTR 相互作用，在 PC12 和 PC12^nnr5 细胞中的 IC₅₀ 值分别为 23.1 和 1.8 µM。

生物活性

PD 90780 is a non peptide antagonist of nerve growth factor (NGF). PD 90780 interacts with NGF, prevents NGF binds with p75^NTR. PD 90780 inhibits NGF-p75^NTR interaction with IC₅₀s of 23.1 and 1.8 µM in PC12 cells and PC12^nnr5 cells, respectively .

体外研究

PD 90780 (0.1-100 μM; 2 h) affects ¹²⁵I-BDNF binds to truncated p75^NTR.
PD 90780 (100 μM; 2 h) inhibits ¹²⁵I-NGF cross-linking to p75^NTR.
PD 90780 (0-300 μM; 2 h) decreases TrkA phosphorylation resulting from NGF binding with a dose of 300 μM.
PD 90780 (0.1-100 μM; 2 h) inhibits NGF-p75^NTR interaction with IC₅₀ values of 23.1 µM and 1.8 µM in PC12 cells and PC12^nnr5 cells, respectively.
