JNJ-303 is a specific delayed rectifier Kv blocker. JNJ 303 can potent block I_Ks with an IC₅₀ value of 64 nM. JNJ-303 can be used for the research of diabetes, obesity and central nervous system.

JNJ 303 can block I_Ks with an IC₅₀ value of 64 nM.
JNJ 303 (3.3 μM) does not have any effects on other cardiac channels.
JNJ 303 induces QT-prolongations and causes unprovoked torsades de pointes (TdP).
