AUT1 是一种重组人 Kv3 通道调节剂。AUT1 调节人重组体中的 Kv3.1b 和 Kv3.2a 通道，pEC₅₀ 值分别为 5.33 和 5.31 μM。AUT1 可用于研究与皮质边缘回路中抑制反馈功能障碍相关的疾病，例如精神分裂症。

生物活性

AUT1 is a recombinant human Kv3 channel modulator. AUT1 modulates Kv3.1b and Kv3.2a channels in human recombinant with pEC₅₀ values of 5.33 and 5.31 μM, respectively. AUT1 can be used for the research of disorders associated with dysfunction of inhibitory feedback in corticolimbic circuits, such as schizophrenia.

体外研究

AUT1 (1.5, 12.5, and 25 μM) modulates Kv3.1b and Kv3.2a channels in human recombinant with pEC₅₀s of 5.33 and 5.31 μM, respectively.
AUT1 increases whole currents mediated by human Kv3.1b and Kv3.2a channels in a concentration-dependent manner.
AUT1 (10 and 30 μM) shifts both the voltage dependence of activation and inactivation of human Kv3.1b and Kv3.2a channels.
AUT1 rescues (1 and 10 μM) the fast firing of EGFP-positive cortical interneurons.

请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO 40% PEG300 5% Tween-80 45% saline
Solubility: ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (6.09 mM); Clear solution

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (6.09 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 20.8 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
将 0.9 g 氯化钠，完全溶解于 100 mL ddH₂O 中，得到澄清透明的生理盐水溶液

将 2 g 磺丁基醚 β-环糊精加入 5 mL 生理盐水中，再用生理盐水定容至 10 mL，完全溶解，澄清透明
