NLRP3-IN-13 (参考专利中的化合物 C77) 是一种有效的选择性 NLRP3 抑制剂 (IC₅₀: 2.1 μM)。NLRP3-IN-13 抑制 NLRP3 和 NLRC4 炎性体，并抑制 NLRP3 介导的 IL-1β 产生。NLRP3-IN-13 还抑制 NLRP3 ATPase 活性。NLRP3-IN-13可用于神经炎症疾病的研究。

生物活性

NLRP3-IN-13 (Compound C77 in reference patent) is a selective and potent NLRP3 inhibitor (IC₅₀: 2.1 μM). NLRP3-IN-13 inhibits NLRP3 andNLRC4 inflammasomes, and inhibits NLRP3-mediated IL-1β production. NLRP3-IN-13 also inhibits NLRP3 ATPase activity. NLRP3-IN-13 can be used in the research of neuroinflammatory disorders.
