NOS1-IN-1

产品介绍	NOS1-IN-1 是一种选择性的、细胞通透性的 nNOS 抑制剂，K_i 值为具有 120 nM。NOS1-IN-1 对 eNOS (K_i=39 μM) 和 iNOS (K_i=325 μM) 分别表现出 2617 倍和 325 倍的选择性。NOS1-IN-1 可用于神经系统疾病的研究，包括脑瘫 (CP)。
生物活性	NOS1-IN-1 is a selective and cell-permeable nNOS inhibitor with a K_i of 120 nM. NOS1-IN-1 exhibits 2617-fold and 325-fold selectivity over eNOS (K_i=39 μM) and iNOS (K_i=325 μM) , respectively. NOS1-IN-1 can be used for the research of neurological disease, including cerebral palsy (CP).
