产品介绍

GMQ 是一种 ASIC (酸敏离子) 通道激活剂，在 pH 为 7.4 时，对 ASIC3 的 EC₅₀ 值为 1.83 mM。GMQ 在 pH 值 7.4 时只开启 ASIC3，而不开启其他 ASIC。GMQ 可用于神经疾病的研究。

生物活性

GMQ is a ASIC (acid-sensing ion) channel activator with an EC₅₀ value of 1.83 mM for ASIC3 at pH 7.4. GMQ opens only ASIC3 but no other ASICs at pH 7.4. GMQ can be used for neurological disease research.

体外研究

GMQ (1 mM) 在 pH 7.4 的条件下，产生持续向内电流在 CHO 细胞中。
GMQ 在高浓度时阻断 ASIC 孔隙，对 ASIC1a，ASIC1b 和 ASIC3 的 IC₅₀ 值分别为 3.24，1.52 和 6.74 mM。
