生物活性

MFZ 10-7 is a highly potent and selective mGluR5 NAM (negative allosteric modulator), with a K_i of 0.67 nM for rat mGluR5.

体外研究

与 mGluR5 相比，MFZ 10-7 对 MAO-B (单胺氧化酶-B 酶)和 TXA2 (血栓烷 A2 受体) 的亲和力分别低约 1150 倍和 3000 倍。
