MRT-2359

产品介绍	MRT-2359 是一种口服有效的 GSPT1 降解剂，具有抗肿瘤活性。MRT-2359 还抑制耐药非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC) 和小细胞肺癌 (SCLC) 细胞的生长。MRT-2359 在 MYC 驱动的细胞系中表现出优先活性，例如 N-和 L-MYC 高 NSCLC 和 SCLC 患者来源的异种移植物 (PDX)。
生物活性	MRT-2359 is an orally active and potent degrader of GSPT1 with anti-tumor activity. MRT-2359 also inhibits the growth of resistant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cells. MRT-2359 exhibits preferential activity in MYC-driven cell lines, such as N- and L-MYC high NSCLC and SCLC patient-derived xenografts (PDXs).
