生物活性

FSG67 is a glycerol 3-phosphate acyltransferase (GPAT) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 24 μM.

体外研究

FSG67 reduces GSK3β phosphorylation and signaling after acetaminophen overdose.
FSG67 results in a dose-dependent increase in oxidative metabolism in mature adipocytes with an IC₅₀ of 27.7 ± 4.4 μM.
