产品介绍	Alirocumab (REGN 727) 是一种 PCSK9 的人单克隆抗体。Alirocumab 特异性结合 PCSK9，PCSK9 是肝脏低密度脂蛋白 (LDL) 受体的下调剂，从而提高肝脏结合 LDL-胆固醇 (LDL-C) 的能力并降低血液中的 LDL-C 水平。Alirocumab 可用于高胆固醇血症的研究。
生物活性	Alirocumab (REGN 727) is a human monoclonal antibody inhibiting proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9). Alirocumab specifically binds PCSK9, a down regulator of liver low-density lipoprotein (LDL)-receptors, thereby increasing the ability of the liver to bind LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C) and reducing levels of LDL-C in blood. Alirocumab can be used for the research of hypercholesterolemia.
