生物活性	AMP-PNP tetralithium (Adenylyl-imidodiphosphate tetralithium) is a non-hydrolysable analogue of ATP and inhibits K_ATP channels.
体外研究	AMP-PNP (5 to 500 μM; Li salt) reduced the open-probability p_o of K_ATP channels and decreases the single-channel currents at high nucleotide concentrations by approximately 10%. AMP-PNP inhibits K_ATP channels of ventricular myocytes and of pancreatic β-cells both in the absence and presence of Mg²⁺ ions. 西域 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
