INCB13739 是一种口服有效的、选择性的和组织特异性 11β-HSD1 (11β- 羟类固醇脱氢酶 1) 抑制剂，IC₅₀ 值分别为 3.2 nM (11β-HSD1 酶)和 1.1 nM (11β-HSD1 PBMC)。INCB13739 可用于 2 型糖尿病 (T2DM) 和肥胖研究。

生物活性

INCB13739 is an orally active, potent, selective and tissue-specific11β-HSD1 (11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 1) inhibitor, with IC₅₀ values of 3.2 nM (11β-HSD1 enzymatic) and 1.1 nM (11β-HSD1 PBMC), respectively. INCB13739 can be used for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and obesity research.

INCB13739 is >1000-fold selective towards 11β-HSD2, mineralocorticoid receptor (MR), and glucocorticoid receptor (GR).

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (4.45 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 20.8 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
将 0.9 g 氯化钠，完全溶解于 100 mL ddH₂O 中，得到澄清透明的生理盐水溶液
