Glicoricone

产品介绍	Glicoricone 是一种从甘草中分离出来的酚类化合物。Glicoricone 是单胺氧化酶 (MAO) 的抑制剂，IC₅₀ 为 140 μM。Glicoricone 可与雌激素受体 (ER) 结合并显示出雌激素拮抗剂活性。
生物活性	Glicoricone, a phenolic compound, is isolated from a species of licorice. Glicoricone is an inhibitor of monoamine oxidase (MAO), with an IC₅₀ of 140 μM. Glicoricone binds to estrogen receptor (ER) and shows estrogen antagonist activity.
