产品介绍

SMS2-IN-1 是一种高选择性的鞘磷脂合成酶 2 (SMS2) 抑制剂，其 IC₅₀ 为 6.5 nM，K_d 为 37 nM。SMS2-IN-1 对 SMS2 的选择性是 SMS1 (IC₅₀ 为 1000 nM) 的 150 倍。

SMS2-IN-1 is a potent and highly selective sphingomyelin synthase 2 (SMS2) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 6.5 nM and a K_d of 37 nM. SMS2-IN-1 shows 150-fold selectivity for SMS2 over SMS1 (IC₅₀ of 1000 nM).

体外研究

AS/MS binding experiments are conducted using these SMS2-mutant membrane fractions, SMS2-IN-1 (compound 2) binds to the S217A, H272A, and D276A mutants. S227 and H229 are pivotal amino acid residues for the binding of SMS2-IN-1 to SMS2.

请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO 90% corn oil
Solubility: ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (3.67 mM); Clear solution

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (3.67 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液，此方案不适用于实验周期在半个月以上的实验。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 25.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL玉米油中，混合均匀。
