BIRT 377是一种能有效抑制细胞间粘附分子-1 (ICAM-1)与淋巴细胞功能相关抗原-1 (LFA-1) 相互作用的抑制剂，具有口服生物利用性，K_i 为 25.8 nM。BIRT 377 也能在体内抑制 IL-2 的产生。BIRT 377 可用于炎症与免疫紊乱的研究。

生物活性

BIRT 377 is a potent amd orally bioavailable inhibitor of the interaction between intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1), with a K_i of 25.8 nM. BIRT 377 also inhibits the production of IL-2 in vivo. BIRT 377 can be used for researching inflammatory and immune disorders.
