体外研究

(R)-FL118 inhibits the growth of melanoma, breast, and prostate cancer cell lines, with IC₅₀ values of 392.7, 32.53, 129.3, 138.7, and 92.51 ng/mL in B16, MCF-7, HS578T, DU145, and MPC3 cells, respectively.
