Cabotegravir (GSK-1265744) sodium 一种具有口服活性且长效的HIV 整合酶 (HIV integrase) 链转移抑制剂，也是有机阴离子转运蛋白 1/3 (OAT1/OAT3) 抑制剂，对HIV_ADA、OAT3 和 OAT1 的 IC₅₀ 分别为 2.5 nM、0.41 μM 和 0.81 μM。Cabotegravir sodium 主要由尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶 (UGT) 1A1 代谢，与其他抗逆转录病毒活性分子 (ARVs) 相互作用的可能性较低。Cabotegravir sodium 可用于艾滋病 (AIDS) 的研究。

生物活性

Cabotegravir (GSK-1265744) sodium is a orally active and long-acting HIV integrase strand transfer inhibitor and organic anion transporter 1/3 (OAT1/OAT3) inhibitor with IC₅₀ values of 2.5 nM, 0.41 μM and 0.81 μM for HIV_ADA, OAT3 and OAT1, respectively. Cabotegravir sodium is primarily metabolized by uridine diphosphate glucuronosyltransferase (UGT) 1A1, with low potential to interact with other antiretroviral agents (ARVs). Cabotegravir sodium can be used to research AIDS.

体外研究
