IHVR-19029 是一种有效的内质网 α-葡萄糖苷酶 Ⅰ 和 Ⅱ (α-glucosidases I/II) 抑制剂，对 ER α-葡萄糖苷酶 Ⅰ 的 IC₅₀ 为 0.48 μM。IHVR-19029 能有效阻断几种出血热病毒的复制，如登革病毒、埃博拉病毒和裂谷热病毒。IHVR-19029 和 Favipiravir (HY-14768) 联合提高抗病毒活性。

生物活性

IHVR-19029 is a potent endoplasmic reticulum (ER) α-glucosidases I and II inhibitor, with an IC₅₀ of 0.48 μM for ER a-glucosidase I. IHVR-19029 efficiently blocks the replication of several hemorrhagic fever viruses, such as Dengue virus (DENV), Ebola virus (EBOV) and Rift Valley fever virus. The combination of IHVR-19029 with Favipiravir (HY-14768) improves the antiviral efficacy^[4].

体外研究

IHVR-19029 efficiently inhibits Bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV), Tacaribe virus (TCRV) and Dengue virus (DENV) with EC₅₀s of 0.25, 0.74, and 1.25 μM, respectively. The combination of IHVR-19029 and Favipiravir (HY-14768) synergistically inhibits the replication of Yellow fever and Ebola viruses in cultured cells^[4].

体内研究

IHVR-19029 (25-75 mg/kg; I.p.; twice daily for 10 days) inhibits EBOV and MARV infection in mice.
IHVR-19029 (5 mg/kg; i.v.) has AUC, C₀, T_1/2, CL and V_d values of 1383 μg*h/mL, 1.79 μg/mL, 1.2 hours, 3.49 L/h/kg, and 3.0 L/kg, respectively.
IHVR-19029 (75/5/5 mg/kg; p.o./i.m./i.p.) has AUC values of 945/1839/983 μg*h/mL, C_max values of 0.26/1.23/1.33 μg/ml, T_max values of 2.1/0.1/0.17 hours, and F values of 4.6/71/133%, respectively.

请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO 40% PEG300 5% Tween-80 45% saline
Solubility: ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (5.64 mM); Clear solution

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (5.64 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 25.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
将 0.9 g 氯化钠，完全溶解于 100 mL ddH₂O 中，得到澄清透明的生理盐水溶液

将 2 g 磺丁基醚 β-环糊精加入 5 mL 生理盐水中，再用生理盐水定容至 10 mL，完全溶解，澄清透明
