生物活性	9-Hydroxycalabaxanthone (Xanthone I) is a known xanthone isolated from Garcinia mangostana Linn. 9-Hydroxycalabaxanthone has quorum-sensing inhibitory, anti-microbial, and anti-malarial activities (IC₅₀=1.2-1.5 µM).
体外研究	9-Hydroxycalabaxanthone inhibits the activities of 3D7 and K1 P. falciparum clones with IC₅₀ values of 1.5 μM and 1.2 μM, respectively. 西域 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
