Antibacterial agent 117, triazole derivative, is an antibacterial agent. Antibacterial agent 117 has against R. prowazekii MetAP1 (RpMetAP1) activity with an IC₅₀ value of 15 μM. Antibacterial agent 117 also inhibits rickettsial growth and can be used for the research of infection.

Antibacterial agent 117 can inhibit RpMetAP1 with an IC₅₀ value of 15 μM.
Antibacterial agent 117 (0.3 μM, 3 μM, 30 μM and 300 μM) stimulates endothelial cell (EC) metabolism and also inhibits rickettsial growth.
