KRAS inhibitor-3 是一种 KRAS 抑制剂。KRAS inhibitor-3 以高亲和力结合野生型和致癌型 KRAS 突变体 (K_D: KRAS WT 为 0.28 μM，KRAS G12C 为 0.63 μM，KRAS G12D 为 0.37 μM，KRAS Q61H 为 0.74 μM)。KRAS inhibitor-3 也会扰乱 KRAS 与 Raf 的相互作用。

生物活性

KRAS inhibitor-3 is an inhibitor of KRAS inhibitor. KRAS inhibitor-3 binds to WT and oncogenic KRAS mutants with high affinity (K_D: 0.28 μM for KRAS WT, 0.63 μM for KRAS G12C, 0.37 μM for KRAS G12D, 0.74 μM for KRAS Q61H). KRAS inhibitor-3 also disrupts interaction of KRAS with Raf.
