生物活性

Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Val) is a potent inhibitor of enzymes isocitrate lyase (ICL) (IC₅₀=27 μg/mL). cyclo(L-Phe-L-Val) inhibits the gene transcription of ICL in C. albicans under C₂-carbon-utilizing conditions.

体外研究

Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Val) (32 μg/mL; 2 d) 分别降低白色念珠菌 SC5314 (野生型)、MRC10 (Δicl) 和 MRC11 (Δicl + ICL) 中的 icl 产物水平。
