BW 755C 是一种 5-脂氧合酶 (5-LO) 抑制剂，其 IC₅₀ 为 5 μM。BW 755C 也抑制环氧酶 (COX)，对 COX-1 和 COX-2 的 IC₅₀ 分别为 0.65 和 1.2 μg/mL。

生物活性

BW 755C is a 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 5 μM. BW 755C also inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) with IC₅₀s of 0.65 and 1.2 μg/mL against COX-1 and COX-2, respectively.
