Sarafotoxin S6c (SRTX-c) is a potent endothelin-B receptor agonist. Sarafotoxin S6c can cause vasoconstriction in both endothelium-intact and endothelium-denuded vessels.

Dosage:	1 pM-1 mM

Result:	Chronic hypoxia had effect on the sensitivity of the main pulmonary arteries to SCS6c, and small vasoconstrictor responses to were evident. Caused vasoconstriction with a maximum response 30% of that to ET-1 in both endothelium-intact and endothelium-denuded vessels.
