产品介绍

YM-1 是稳定的和可溶性的 MKT-077 (HY-15096) 类似物和具有口服活性的 Hsp70 抑制剂。YM-1 诱导 HeLa 细胞死亡，上调 p53 和 p21 的蛋白水平。

生物活性

YM-1 is a stable and soluble MKT-077 (HY-15096) analog and an orally active Hsp70 inhibitor. YM-1 induces cell death of HeLa cells and up-regulates the level of p53 and p21 proteins.

体外研究

YM-1 促进 Nnos 成熟过程中依赖 Hsp70 的步骤，阻断部分与 ATP 的结合。
YM-1 (0-200 μM) 激活 Hsp70 与未折叠底物的结合。
YM-1 (0.001-1000 μM) 将 Hsp70 转化为紧密亲和构象，与 Hsp70 结合的 IC₅₀ 值为 8.2 μM。
YM-1 (0，0.1，0.5 和 1 μM；24 小时) 促进 nNOS 泛素化。

请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO 40% PEG300 5% Tween-80 45% saline
Solubility: ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (4.98 mM); Clear solution

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (4.98 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 20.8 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
将 0.9 g 氯化钠，完全溶解于 100 mL ddH₂O 中，得到澄清透明的生理盐水溶液
