exo-IWR-1 是IWR-1 (HY-12238) 的阴性对照无活性异构体。IWR-1是端锚聚合酶抑制剂，抑制Wnt/β-catenin信号传导途径。

生物活性

exo-IWR-1, an inactive stereoisomer of Endo-IWR-1, is a negative control of IWR-1 (HY-12238). IWR-1 is a tankyrase inhibitor which inhibits Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.

体外研究

exo-IWR-1 (10 μM) does not influence the number of 293T cells infected with bunyaviruses.
Exo-IWR-1 had no effect on RVFV MP12-GFP infection when cells were either pretreated or treated 1 hpi.
