产品介绍

KS106 是一种有效的 ALDH 抑制剂，对 ALDH1A1、ALDH2 和 ALDH3A1 的 IC₅₀ 分别为 334、2137、360 nM。KS106 具有低毒性的抗增殖和抗癌作用。KS106 显著增加 ROS 活性、脂质过氧化和有毒醛的积累。KS106 诱导细胞凋亡 (apoptosis) 和细胞周期停滞在 G2/M 期。

生物活性

KS106 is a potent ALDH inhibitor with IC₅₀s of 334, 2137, 360 nM for ALDH1A1, ALDH2, and ALDH3A1, respectively. KS106 shows antiproliferative and anticancer effects with low low toxic.KS106 significantly increases ROS activity, lipid peroxidation and toxic aldehyde accumulation. KS106 induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase.
