CSF1R-IN-3 (compound 21) 是一种口服有效的 CSF-1R 抑制剂（IC₅₀=2.1nM）。CSF1R-IN-3 是一种有效的抗结直肠癌细胞增殖活性。CSF1R-IN-3 通过抑制巨噬细胞的迁移，将 M2 样巨噬细胞重新编程为 M1 表型，并增强抗肿瘤免疫，从而抑制结直肠癌的进展。

生物活性

CSF1R-IN-3 (compound 21) is a potent and orally active CSF-1R inhibitor (IC₅₀=2.1 nM). CSF1R-IN-3 is a potent antiproliferative activity against colorectal cancer cells. CSF1R-IN-3 inhibits the progression of colorectal cancer by suppressing the migration of macrophages, reprograming M2-like macrophages to the M1 phenotype, and enhancing the antitumor immunity.
