生物活性

FLT3-IN-4 is a potent and orally effective Fms-like tyrosine receptor kinase 3 (FLT3; IC₅₀=7 nM) inhibitor for treating acute myelogenous leukemia.

体外研究

FLT3-IN-4 (Compound 9u) shows potent inhibitory activities against MV4-11 and Molm-13 cells with IC₅₀ values are 0.089±0.001 nM and 0.022±0.003 nM, respectively.
