TMX-201 是一种 TLR7 配体-磷脂共轭物。TMX-201 显示出有效的的免疫刺激活性。TMX-201 可用于乳腺癌和黑色素瘤的研究。

生物活性

TMX-201 is a TLR7 ligand-phospholipid conjugate. TMX-201 shows potent immune stimulatory activity. TMX-201 can be used for breast cancer and melanoma research.

体外研究

TMX-201 is more potent cytokine inducer than Imiquimod (HY-B0180) in both mouse and human mononuclear cells. TMX-201 shows less off-target binding compared to Imiquimod.

体内研究

The maximum tolerated dose of TMX-201 by i.v. administration is 75 mg/kg.
TMX-201 (4mg/kg, IP) suppresses the growth of established subcutaneous B16 melanoma by 46%, without discernible adverse effects.
TMX-201 (IP or intra-tumor administration), in combination with anti-CTLA4 antibody, significantly suppressed lung metastasis formation in the 4T1 breast cancer model.
